The customer reserves the right to return or cancel the order of the product in the event that any of the features or components of the product are different from what is stated and shown in the photographs on the company’s website or defective is. In this case, the shipping costs of the product will be borne by our company.

When bank transfer is selected as the payment method, the period within which the deposit must be made is set by our company at 24 hours, including the day the order is placed. Upon issuing the specified deadline, the order will be automatically canceled without the company being obliged to inform the customer of the cancellation.

In the order return or cancellation policy, requests are accepted if made within 14 days. After these days have expired, we are subject to the warranty obligations that each product has.

In the event that the customer wishes to return or cancel the order of the product unnecessarily, he is entitled to a replacement of the product or a refund of his money. He will bear the costs of transporting the product and the application will be accepted as long as the product packaging has not been opened/damaged.

In the event that the product, or parts thereof, are returned damaged or incomplete, the company has the right to claim reimbursement of the costs of the damage caused. The company bears no responsibility for any problems that may have arisen due to misuse of the product and will under no circumstances be responsible for replacing the product or refunding the money.

The refund for returning the order must be made by our company within 30 days, only by deposit to a bank account specified by the customer, and if the returned product has been previously checked by the company’s technician.
